Please click on the link to the left "2024 Meet Attendance Form" to let the coaches know which meet your swimmer(s) will be at. This is extremely important for planning purposes.
If you child is unable to attend a meet you had previously signed up for, please let one of the coaches know ASAP!

Home Meet Volunteers
All home meets will be held at the Cuyahoga Heights pool. Meets are completely run by parent volunteers. For each meet, we will need lane timers and volunteers to run the concession stand. Each family needs to provide a volunteer for at least 2 of the home meets. Click on the link "Volunteer Sign Up" to select your volunteers dates and jobs.
All volunteer responsibilities are very easy!

What to Expect on Meet Day
On the day of a meet, please arrive to the pool 15 minutes before our warm-up time is to begin. Your child will need to check in with their coach immediately. Coaches will write each swimmers races on their arm to help the meet run smoothly.
Swimmers should wear the team swimsuit and have goggles. All female swimmers should also have a swim cap. Caps are optional for male swimmers.
Once the meet begins, coaches ask the swimmers to stay close to the "camping" area. The coaches will do their best to come get your swimmer before their races, but please keep an ear out for race numbers being announced.
Most pools have limited seating. We suggest you bring a foldable chair(s) for between races. Swimmers often have time between races, so snacks and entertainment may be necessary.
