This policy covers "Bluetooth World" version v 1.0.0 on Android (Play Store).

We only use the following permissions to make the app work:

• Bluetooth: To connect with nearby ESP32 devices/Microcontroller

• Location (coarse / precise): location required for Bluetooth permissions (Android requirement)

• Microphone: Required for speech recognition feature (basic voice commands)

• No personal identity: name, email, phone number are NOT collected

• Device identifiers: Only used for Bluetooth communication

No contacts, photos, camera, SMS, or call log are accessed

No data is stored, tracked, or shared by us. The app works completely offline.

3. Purpose of Permissions :

Permissions are used only to provide app features such as:

• Bluetooth: To scan, connect, and control hardware

• Mic: For Speech Recognition and Convert voice commands like “Fan On” or “Change Color”

• Location: Required for Bluetooth scanning (Android policy)

4. Data Storage & Retention :

• No user data is stored on our servers, The app works completely offline.

• If data is temporarily required (like speech input), it is deleted instantly after use

• You can save custom commands in the Command Slots on the Custom Terminal page, Please note that these commands are stored locally on your device and are not saved to any server or external database.

5. Third-Party Sharing :

We do not share any data with third-party services.

We do not use:

• Ads

• Analytics

• Crash reporting or marketing tools

• External servers or databases

No data is stored, tracked, or shared by us. The app works completely offline.

6. Data Security :

Your data remains on your device. There is no internet transmission.

Bluetooth communication is direct between your phone and microcontroller.

7. Children's policy (COPPA) :

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data, from children or any users.

As the app operates entirely offline, no user data is transmitted or processed in any way.

We fully comply with COPPA and similar privacy regulations.

8. Data Deletion :

Since no data is collected or stored, no deletion is necessary.

Uninstalling the app will automatically remove all temporary data and settings stored on your device.
