These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Bluetooth Finder - BLE Tracker ("Bluetooth Finder", "we", "our", or "us") and you. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Bluetooth Finder & Scanner mobile application and any of its products or services.

If your account or subscription is terminated for any of the reasons outlined in this Agreement, you may not re-register for our Services.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other terms set forth in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using Bluetooth Finder & Scanner or its content:

(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances;
(d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
(e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
(f) to submit false or misleading information;
(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of the Service or any related application or the Internet;
(h) to collect or track the personal information of others;
(i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
(j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
(k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related application.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or the application for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Subscription Fees, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy

We offer Premium Services to our users. Before purchasing the Bluetooth Finder Premium Subscription, users have the right to cancel during the free trial period.

Subscription Pricing:

• Free for the first 3 days

• $24.99 / Lifetime
  
  

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

Cancellation of Service:

• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
  
  

• Users may manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their App Store Account Settings.
  
  

Pricing Changes:

• Bluetooth Finder may change its subscription prices at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected in the App Store listing.
  
  

Refunds:

• Since our service is delivered in full upon purchase and cannot be uninstalled remotely, no refunds will be issued.
  
  

Copyrights

If you believe any content on Bluetooth Finder & Scanner infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by contacting us and providing the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
  
  

• Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  
  

• A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
  
  

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
  
  

• Your signature or the electronic equivalent.
  
  

Privacy Policy

The Bluetooth Finder & Scanner Privacy Policy is located at [Privacy Policy].
By using our app, you accept and agree to all the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property owned by us or third-parties. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our app are owned by us or respective third-parties. Your use of the app does not grant you any license or right to use any of our or third-party trademarks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluetooth Finder & Scanner, its affiliates, employees, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

In no event will our total liability exceed the greater of one dollar or the amount you paid to Bluetooth Finder & Scanner in the one month prior to the event giving rise to such liability.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bangladesh. You waive the right to a jury trial for disputes arising out of this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting in the app, and the updated date will be shown below. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any updated terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bluetooth Finder - BLE Tracker mobile application or its services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the app.
