These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application and related services (the “App”, the “Services”) provided by the Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
The App is provided for informational and devotional purposes only. It offers access to biblical content, reflections, and AI-powered features designed to support personal study and spiritual growth.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral counseling. Any reliance on the content provided through the App is at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Certain features of the App may require a paid auto-renewable subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
All content, features, and functionality available through the App, including text, software, AI-generated outputs, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
If you submit content or inputs to the App, you retain ownership of such content. However, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and generate outputs from such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The App and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and canceling any active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
