TABEX Recommended Dosage:
Day 1 t/m 3 1 pill every 2 hours 6 pills a day
Day 4 t/m 12 1 pill every 2.5 hours 5 pills a day
Day 13 t/m 16 1 pill every 3 hours 4 pills a day
Day 17 t/m 20 1 pill every 4 hours 3 pills a day

NB! When you start the treatment, you are allowed to smoke for a maximum of 4 days, you should quit smoking on the 5th day of treatment. If you don’t feel you can quit smoking, you will have to stop the treatment, wait for a month and begin the treatment again..
How to use TABEX for the best results
Announce the date you would quit smoking to as many friends and family members as you can. 4 days before that date you start taking TABEX do this according to the schedule above, so that you don't forget you can set the alarm on your phone.
The evening before the quitting day before going to bed, throw away all cigarettes you have left, put away the ashtrays and other smoking attributes so that you cannot see them anymore.
The next day you SHOULD NOT light a cigarette, you will not even have them in your house, just don't do it and you will notice that it's very easy.
Soon you will taste your meals much better and after 2 weeks you will notice clearly that you need less effort with your daily exercise, for example climbing the stairs. It's great not to crave for a cigarette anymore, you never needed them, it was just a habit, so you will not suffer from withdrawal symptoms.
Important note! Please, keep in mind that you should not smoke even one cigarette, even months later (at a party, when you are stressed etc.), otherwise you most probably will return to your smoking routine very soon.
