Practice of soft tissue manipulation by applying a steady compression & stretching of the body's fascia.  Fascia (a thin layer of connective tissue) is the body's living packing material that holds in place & surrounds, among many things, every muscle & muscle fiber.  Practice can help to eliminate pain, increase mobility, induce relaxation & enhance  wellness. Also a great choice for people who do not care for massage but need soft tissue work.

Practice of channeling energy through the hands which can help to relieve physical, emotional, and mental stress & pain. It can induce relaxation & enhance wellness. Crystal bowls tuned to a note  corresponding to each of the 7 chakras can  'sing' allowing the chakras to cleanse, balance & harmonize. Longer sessions are available allowing for the client more time to discuss any issues. Guided meditations can be done in 90 minute sessions.
