Bénédicte and Laurent began teaching lindy hop and blues together in Paris in 2017. They are now full-time dance teachers and the founders of the Groov'it dance school. Beyond teaching, their main aim is to develop the Paris community, notably through regular parties and major blues festivals. (Paris Midnight Blues, Nomad Blues Camp).
With a strong commitment to blues dancing, they keep developing their teaching methodology and continue to train with the best instructors.
In her teaching, Bénédicte attaches great importance to the role of each body part in the dance where Laurent develops a mechanical approach to movements, which he explains based on the principles of physics.
The name 4 Handful Of Blues says it all: two musicians - four hands - play the blues. Everything that can be left out is left out. There are only vocals, guitar and bass - that means pure blues, honest, straightforward, real. The themes are the simplest and oldest there are. Everyone understands what it's all about: the feelings that go crazy in your stomach, that break your heart, that drive you to the brink of madness ...

Based in Zürich, Roland & Bianca have been teaching together for the past 6 years. Hooked on dancing they love to share their passion during classes, performances or competitions.
With more than 25 years of dance experience combined, they love blues dancing and will teach you all you need to know about blues before you join the other classes or the party!
