I am a Colorado native with nearly 15 years of experience in both the commercial and residential construction industries. In the early 2000's I followed a new career path to become a State of Colorado Certified Residential Appraiser, where I have been serving the Denver and mountain communities ever since.
I possess the extensive experience, necessary education, and applicable credentials to appraise residential properties of all ages, sizes, and types. I'm a trusted partner who provides reliable real estate valuation opinions that banks, credit unions, and national lending institutions (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD/FHA) depend upon for home loans.
I named my company Blue Ribbon Appraisals because the blue ribbon is a symbol of high quality. Only the best will do!

I specialize in appraising mountain properties west to the Continental Divide, from Allenspark to the north, then south to the Evergreen/Conifer/Bailey area (including the I-70 corridor up to Georgetown).
