Corrective Color and other Color/Blonding services used to achieve a major change in hair will be required to complete a waiver in the salon before any services are performed. This waiver states the following:
Corrective color can be a complex process and may require multiple steps or salon visits
Each corrective color appointment is different
More time and expertise are required than a standard appointment
Color correction services may incur a higher cost than a standard appointment
Each subsequent visit will be a separate color service with separate charges applied
Specific products/treatments may be recommended to use at home to help guarantee color correction results
By signing you are agreeing to not hold BlueBird Studio or your stylist responsible for unexpected or undesired results and waive your right to request a refund on these services.
We are asking all new clients to keep a card on file. If you prefer not to, you can always stop by the salon and make a deposit
towards your appointment prior to booking!

CLIENTS CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITHIN 24HRS OF THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT MAY BE CHARGED 25% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICES.
NO-CALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICES.
