About Us

We are a small bakery located in Arlington, VA, focused on bringing healthy whole-grain breads to our neighbors. Many of the ingredients used in our breads are sourced from the Mid-Atlantic region, with an emphasis on small grain producers. We aim to increase availability of locally produced food and contribute to our community through nourishing our neighbors, family, and friends!

How to Order

Farmers Market

You can find us next at the Ballston FreshFarm Farmers' Market on Thursday, September 29th 3-7 pm, and every other Thursday at the same time until Thanksgiving.

Pizza Nights

The next pizza night is Sunday 9/25! How ordering works:

  1. Using the Slotted page (see link here) to place an order for a pizza! You can choose one of the specific time slots, and your pizza will be ready then. E-mail me if you have any issues please!

  2. After you put in an order on Slotted, you will be sent an email to confirm your order. Once you respond to that, your order is all set!

  3. After the order cutoff time (Thursday 9/22, 7 pm), you will be contacted about payment and pickup details.

o Pickup location is at the bakery (near the corner of South 18th and Quincy Street, Arlington, VA - specific address provided upon order). Your pickup time will be the time you select, and payment will be due at pickup (cash only) please).


Pizzas offered on 9/25 (pizzas are about 12"):

1. BLTP – Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Tomato slices, Bacon, topped w/ Arugula (dressed in mustard vinaigrette) - $16

2. Red/Green – Tomato Sauce, Pistachio Pesto, Mozzarella, Parmesan - $15

3. Cherry Tom and Sausage - Tomato Sauce, Pistachio Pesto, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cherry Tomatoes, Sausage - $16

4. Garden Pie - Pistachio Pesto, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Tomato slices - $15
