The Blue Lights Hall is smartly presented in a clean, contemporary style with all necessary facilities to host a variety of events and activities.
The Hall is for hire, and provides the following well appointed facilities.
The Hall is capable of hosting a maximum of 50 people. It measures approx 9.4 x 7.1m. There is some additional storage space available on request. Available for use are the following:
Underfloor heating (set at 20C) - great for fitness groups
Air Conditioning - just in case it gets too hot!
Lighting - fluorescent lighting and spotlight track - provides a variety of mood lighting for all occasions
Roller blinds to the windows
Sound system - USB, Bluetooth, SD , radio microphones
Presentation facilities - retractable screen and projector stand, flip-chart stand.

Furniture - 52 upholstered chairs and four 1.8m tables and ten 1.2m tables (tables have folding legs)

The kitchen is fitted to provide refreshments and food preparation with the option to serve via a hatchway into the Hall from the kitchen. Facilities include:
Water boiler - plumbed-in, virtually continuous boiling water
Cooking equipment, including electric oven and hob, microwave, cooker hood
Refridgerator
Dishwasher
Tablecloths - blue-check vinyl
Crockery, glassware, cutlery, teapots
The Hall benefits from clean well laid out Male/Female/Disabled facilities, including a baby-changing station.
The Hall has a flat floor throughout. Access for wheelchairs and those who cannot manage the main entrance steps is through the "upper door". Wheelchair access is through the kitchen, but the door must be opened from inside the building. There is a bell on the main door.
The Hall has a Hearing Loop fitted, but the microphone/sound system must be in use for this to operate.
Charge: All this for only £11 per hour
