# Privacy Policy — Spinanga

Spinanga is a fully offline expense tracker and budget planner. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your information when you use the app.
## The short version
**Spinanga does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.** Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server that receives your data.
## Information we collect
None. Spinanga does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information. We do not gather usage statistics, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or location data.
## Data stored on your device
Spinanga saves the information you enter in a local database on your phone so the app can show your balances, budgets, and history. This data never leaves your device. It includes:
- Transactions you add (amount, type, date, note, and tags)
- Categories and budgets you configure
- Accounts you create and their balances
- Your display name and currency preference, if you set them
- Basic app preferences (such as whether you've completed the first-run setup)
All of this is stored only in the app's private on-device storage.
## Permissions
The Android build declares the INTERNET permission, but Spinanga does not use it to send or receive your data — the app has no network features and makes no network requests. No other sensitive permissions (camera, location, microphone, contacts, photos) are requested.
## Network use
Spinanga is fully offline. It does not connect to any server, API, or third-party endpoint. Your financial data is never uploaded, synced, or backed up to the cloud by the app.
## Third-party services
None. Spinanga contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
## Children's privacy
Spinanga does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app poses no data-privacy risk to children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K).
## Your rights and control over your data
Your data is entirely in your hands. Because everything is stored locally:
- You can delete individual transactions, budgets, or accounts at any time inside the app.
- Uninstalling Spinanga permanently removes all of its data from your device.
We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf.
## Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published with a new "Last updated" date.
