9. Health Data and Facial Wellness Scans
The facial wellness scan is processed entirely on the user's device using on-device edge computing. No raw facial video or images are uploaded, transmitted, or stored during the analysis process.
Health data imported from compatible Bluetooth-enabled health devices is accessible only within the BluCore app and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
BluCore is designed with privacy and security in mind and is built to support applicable data protection requirements, including GDPR where applicable. Where appropriate, the platform also follows HIPAA-aligned security and privacy practices. If integrated health technologies used within BluCore are registered or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, such registrations or clearances apply only to those specific technologies and do not imply that BluCore itself is FDA-approved or FDA-cleared.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be available within the app and the revised Effective Date will be updated accordingly.
