1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Bloxumi: Color Block Escape ("Bloxumi," "Game," "Application," or "Service"), developed and published by NextLogic Maqq LLC ("Company," "Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bloxumi, including its gameplay, digital content, virtual currencies, boosters, in-app purchases, promotional rewards, advertisements, and related features.

Depending on the released version, the Game may include:

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game, its software, content, intellectual property, or related materials.

Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us, users may not:

We may adjust puzzle difficulty, time limits, star requirements, booster effectiveness, and reward balancing to improve the gameplay experience.

Progression through the Game depends on the completion of applicable gameplay objectives.

We do not guarantee that every player will complete every level within a particular time or number of moves.

The Game is designed so that paid purchases are optional rather than a mandatory requirement to access normal puzzle-solving mechanics.

Actual content and availability may vary between application versions.

6. Virtual Currency — Bloxumi Coins

Bloxumi may provide an internal virtual currency known as "Coins" or "Bloxumi Coins."

Coins may be obtained through:

Completing puzzle levels.
Achieving gameplay milestones.
Receiving performance bonuses.
Participating in available promotions.
Receiving eligible pre-registration rewards.
Purchasing optional coin packages through Google Play.
Other clearly disclosed in-game activities.

Virtual Coins are digital gameplay units.

They are not legal currency, cryptocurrency, electronic money, or financial assets.

Coins:

Have no monetary value outside Bloxumi.
Cannot be exchanged for real-world money.
Cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
Cannot be transferred between users unless an official feature explicitly permits it.
Cannot be sold through unauthorized third-party services.
May only be used within supported Game features.

Purchasing Coins grants a limited right to use the purchased digital content within Bloxumi, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Purchasing Coins does not transfer ownership of the Game or its intellectual property.

We may reasonably adjust the in-game economy, including future earning rates and booster prices.

Changes will respect applicable consumer rights and validly acquired paid entitlements.

7. In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing

Bloxumi may offer optional real-money purchases of virtual Coins and other digital gameplay items.

These purchases are processed through Google Play Billing where required by Google Play policies.

Product availability, prices, currencies, applicable taxes, and payment methods may vary according to region and Google Play settings.

The final purchase price will be displayed before payment confirmation through the applicable purchasing interface.

All purchases are optional.

The Game's normal gameplay does not require players to purchase virtual currency.

We do not directly collect or store complete payment-card details processed by Google Play.

Payment processing is governed by the relevant Google Play payment terms, in addition to applicable laws.

8. Digital Product Delivery

Purchased Coins and other digital products are delivered after the relevant transaction has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Delivery may require a working internet connection and access to Google Play services.

Following successful fulfillment, purchased Coins are normally added to the player's in-game balance.

Purchases that remain pending, canceled, unsuccessful, or unverified will not be treated as completed transactions.

This reward is associated with qualifying pre-registration through Google Play.

The reward is not available merely because someone installs the Game after launch.

Eligibility is determined through the applicable Google Play promotional entitlement and redemption mechanism.

Reward contents are virtual items with no cash redemption value.

Reward delivery may require an internet connection and successful communication with Google Play services.

If an eligible player is offline when opening the Game, reward delivery may be delayed until entitlement information can be retrieved.

UFO Helper
May provide hints or identify useful moves.

Boosters may be obtained through gameplay rewards, promotional grants, or spending virtual Coins.

Available booster prices and effects are displayed within the Game.

Using a booster generally consumes the applicable number of booster items from the player's inventory.

Boosters are digital consumables with no cash redemption value.

Purchasing or receiving a booster does not guarantee successful completion of a particular level.

The Developer may adjust booster functionality and future virtual prices to maintain fair gameplay, subject to applicable consumer rights.

12. Promotional Offers and Special Rewards

From time to time, Bloxumi may offer promotions, bonus Coins, free boosters, launch celebrations, or other optional digital rewards.
