Application: Bloping (the “App”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Bloping, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

2. Use of the Application

Bloping is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App or any part of its content.
You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including names, graphics, sounds, characters, and code, is owned by Anthorn Studios and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

4. In-App Purchases and Advertising

The App may display advertising and offer optional in-app purchases.
All purchases are handled through official store providers (Google Play).
No financial data is collected directly by Anthorn Studios.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and processed, including analytics and advertising identifiers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anthorn Studios is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or other issues resulting from the use of the App.
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

7. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 6 and above.
Children under 13 should use the App under adult supervision.

8. Modifications

Anthorn Studios may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication.
