Blooxy is designed to process your health information on your device. The app does not require an account or ask for your name or email address. We do not receive or have access to the health records Blooxy reads from Apple Health or the coaching content it generates.
1. Health information
With your permission, Blooxy reads relevant information from Apple Health through HealthKit. This may include:
- VO₂max;
- heart rate, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability;
- sleep information and sleeping wrist temperature;
- respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation;
- workouts, workout effort ratings, and related heart-rate zone information.
Blooxy uses this information locally to display trends, calculate readiness and personal baselines, and provide training suggestions and workout summaries. Blooxy does not upload this health information to our servers or send it anywhere else. The app requests read access and does not write health records to Apple Health. You control access through Apple Health and your device’s privacy settings. You may refuse or revoke permission at any time. Some features require the relevant permissions to function.
2. On-device AI
On supported devices, AI features use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models technology. Information used to generate suggestions, explanations, and summaries are processed locally, without being sent to an external AI service. We do not collect your health information or generated suggestions to train AI models. For more information about Apple’s privacy practices, see Apple Intelligence & Privacy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/intelligence-engine/).
3. Local storage and deletion
Blooxy stores app preferences and generated suggestions on your device. We cannot remotely access or delete this information. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Your original health records remain in Apple Health, where you can manage them separately. Revoking Health permissions stops further access but does not automatically erase previously generated content.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are handled by Apple. Blooxy uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions using purchase information and a generated app user identifier. This supports purchase validation, restoration, access to paid features, and subscription analytics. RevenueCat does not receive your health information or training suggestions from Blooxy. We do not receive your full payment card details. Further information is available in RevenueCat’s privacy information (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/) and Apple’s Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/). Deleting Blooxy does not cancel an App Store subscription.
5. Advertising and support
Blooxy does not display third-party advertising, sell your personal information, or use your health information for advertising. If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you voluntarily provide. We use this information to respond and resolve your request through our email service provider. Please include only information necessary for support.
6. Analytics
We use Mixpanel to understand how Blooxy is used and improve its features. We collect usage and subscription purchase events, basic app and system information, and approximate location. A randomly generated installation identifier links activity across sessions. We do not link this data to your name, email address, Apple Account, or other account identifiers. We do not send Apple Health records, workout details, generated coaching content, or contact details to Mixpanel. This data is not used for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. Further information is available in Mixpanel's privacy policy https://mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy/
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. For privacy questions, contact SUPPORT.
8. Consent
By using Blooxy App, you consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
