Please ensure you add your athlete's Name and Reason for payment in the "Payment Description" field, for example "Booster Fee" or "T-shirt" or "Banquet" or "Heartland" 

If you are making a general donation to the team, or a donation as part of a specific fundraising event, you do not need to include athlete name(s). In the "Athlete Name and Reason for Payment" field, please enter "general donation" or enter the specific fundraising event (eg. "Cub Bagging Event").
