Bloom is operated by **GARGI STUDIO**, an independent developer entity operated by **Nilesh Zapade**, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
## 1. Information We Collect
- **Personal Data**: Name and email address (via mandatory Email or Google Sign-In).
- **Profile Info**: Profile picture and display name.
- **Social Content**: Status banners, reactions, and interactions within Bloom Circle.
- **Chat Communications**: Text messages sent within Bloom Circle.
- **Technical Data**: Device type, OS version, and approximate location (processed through Google Firebase).
## 2. Ephemeral Storage (24-Hour Policy)
Bloom is designed for the present. All chat messages and social interactions are **automatically deleted** from our servers approximately 24 hours after being sent. We do not maintain long-term archives of your private conversations.
## 3. Data Security
Messages are encrypted in transit (via HTTPS/SSL) and encrypted at rest on Google Firebase servers. While we do not currently support "End-to-End Encryption" (E2EE) like WhatsApp, our strict 24-hour deletion policy significantly minimizes data exposure risks.
## 4. Purpose of Processing
We process data to maintain user accounts, enable social features, provide premium subscriptions (Bloom Pro / Ultra), and maintain platform safety.
## 5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Limited technical data is shared with Google Firebase (hosting/analytics) and the Google Play Store (billing).
## 6. Your Rights
Users can delete their account directly inside app settings or by contacting us at **gargistudio.dev@gmail.com**.
## 7. Report Abuse
Bloom includes a Report Abuse feature. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts to maintain community safety.

# Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
## 2. Subscriptions & Free Trials
- **Premium Tiers**: Bloom offers "Bloom Pro" and "Bloom Ultra" tiers.
- **7-Day Free Trial**: New users may be eligible for a 7-day trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
- **Auto-Renewal**: Subscriptions auto-renew through the Google Play Store unless cancelled by the user.
- **Cancellation**: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Google Play Store app.
## 3. User Conduct & Social Interactions
- **Safe Environment**: Users must not post illegal content, harassment, or harmful material in banners or chats.
- **Ephemerality**: You acknowledge that messages are temporary and will be deleted after 24 hours. Do not use Bloom for storing critical or permanent information.
- **Privacy Respect**: You must not share or screenshot private conversations or friend status updates without explicit permission.
## 4. Moderation & Safety
We reserve the right to review reports and remove content, block access, or restrict accounts within 24 hours to maintain the sanctuary's peace.
## 5. Disclaimer of Liability
Bloom is provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom and Nilesh Zapade are not liable for data loss (due to auto-deletion) or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.
## 6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
