Recruits are the soldiers that make up the vast majority of our family. Without our Recruits, we would not exist. While they are called Recruits, they are the life of the Bloods Family!
Recruiters are players who spent time recruiting other players to join the Bloods Family.
Mentors are players who take their time to help other players develop and improve their roster and gameplay.
An Enforcer is an entry level management position in the Bloods Family. Enforcers may be Recruiters or Mentors.
In addition to their other responsibilities, they stay engaged in family chat to help maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful environment for all Bloods. At times Enforcers may be asked to step up and temporarily fill the roll of Officer, or help out another family faction.
Officers work together with the Leadership team to help run our family. Not only do they have the responsibility that Enforcers carry, Officers also help ensure things are running smoothly in our Family and moderate our community Facebook page. They oversee various aspects of our factions such as managing recruitment, mentoring, tracking, and directing events. They provide input and advise the Leadership Team in setting goals and making decisions, they develop future family leaders, and they make sure we maintain the family environment we all want to see.
Co-Leaders are part of the Leadership Team along with Faction Leaders. Co-Leaders work closely with the faction Leaders in setting goals and the direction for the Family, and making plans for the future. They ensure we have the right Officers and Enforcers working to ensure that Bloods for Life means something. While decisions are generally made in consensus with the Leadership Team, Co-Leaders have the authority when necessary to make immediate decisions affecting the Bloods Family and their faction.
While Leaders work closely with Co-Leaders in making nearly all decisions, and while they thoughtfully weigh the advice of the Officers in whom they also seek advice, they hold ultimate responsibility, not only of their faction, but to the Bloods Family as a whole. They are responsible to make sure our Bloods Family, and their faction, stays the course so that our Bloods Family will be here not only for our current family members, but also for all who become Bloods in the future.
