Zoom Panel Breakout Rooms
We will be using Zoom Breakout Rooms for the following panels: The Problem of Blood and Demons & Blood Pacts and Contracts
For these first two panel sessions, we ask conference attendees and speakers to select which panel breakout room to join once we have opened the two panel sessions.
Here's how to do so:
On desktop (Windows/Mac/Linux):
Click Breakout Rooms in your meeting controls.
Click Choose Room to Join to see the list of available rooms.
Hover over the room you want, click Join, then confirm.
You can switch rooms anytime, or click Leave Room to return to the main session.
On mobile (Android/iOS):
Tap Join Breakout Room in the top-left corner.
Tap Choose Room if prompted.
Tap the room you'd like to join, then tap Join.
Switch rooms as needed, or tap Leave to return to the main session.
Note: Self-selection only works if you're joined via the Zoom desktop or mobile app — if you're participating by phone, you'll be placed into a room by either Charlotte, Ryan, or Tiana
We ask our attendees to please place your questions in the zoom chat box. The panel chair will then read out the questions in a first come first serve basis for our speaker to answer.
Our speakers are happy for attendees to contact them directly to discuss their presentation.
There are two zoom links for this conference and both are sent to attendees after you register with us via humanitix. Our Humamitix website has automatically sent you a confirmation email with the zoom links after you have registered. Please check your junk folder.
Please ensure that you have any browser VPN's switched off so that you can view the correct panel time according to your time zone.
Please ensure that you have read the instruction document sent to you via email prior to the conference.
