Frequently asked questions

I bought “Remove Ads” or a pack but don’t see it. Open Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you used to buy it.
Where is my progress saved? On your device. Uninstalling the game deletes your progress, coins and themes (purchases can be restored).
When does the Ranked week reset? Every Monday at 07:00 (Turkey time, UTC+3). The top 3 of each week receive coins and boosters.
Can I turn off personalized ads? Yes. In the EEA/UK use Settings → Privacy options. On iPhone you can also choose “Ask App Not to Track”.

“Reklamları Kaldır”ı ya da bir paketi aldım ama göremiyorum. Ayarlar’ı açıp “Satın alımı geri yükle”ye dokun. Satın alırken kullandığın Apple kimliği / Google hesabıyla oturum açık olmalı.
İlerlemem nerede saklanıyor? Cihazında. Oyunu silersen ilerlemen, jetonların ve temaların da silinir (satın almalar geri yüklenebilir).
Ranked haftası ne zaman sıfırlanıyor? Her pazartesi 07:00'de (Türkiye saati). Haftanın ilk 3'ü jeton ve güçlendirici kazanır.
Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilir miyim? Evet. AB/Birleşik Krallık’ta Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri’ni kullan. iPhone’da “Uygulamadan izlememesini iste” seçeneğini de seçebilirsin.
