BlogLift Free is a Chrome extension designed to help Blogger publishers review draft quality, discover internal-linking opportunities, identify content issues, and complete publishing checks before publishing a post.
To provide its features, BlogLift Free may access:
The Blogger draft currently open in the user’s browser.
Public sitemap files, post pages, and page metadata from a website that the user manually adds to the extension.
Information contained in those drafts or public pages, including post titles, descriptions, labels, body content, links, image URLs, and other publicly available page metadata.
BlogLift Free only accesses this information when necessary to provide its user-facing features.
The information accessed by BlogLift Free is used only to provide features within the extension, including:
Draft-quality analysis.
Internal-link suggestions.
Website and content audits.
Broken-link checks.
Image and image-link checks.
Publishing checklists and reminders.
BlogLift Free does not use the accessed information for purposes unrelated to these features.
BlogLift Free stores the following information locally in the user’s browser:
Indexed website data.
Website audit results.
Publishing checklist status.
Extension settings and preferences.
BlogLift Free does not transmit this information to BlogLift-owned servers.
BlogLift Free does not:
Sell user information.
Share user information with third parties.
Use user information for advertising.
Use user information to determine creditworthiness.
Build advertising or marketing profiles.
Chrome may sync certain basic extension preferences through the user’s signed-in Chrome profile. This synchronization is managed by Google. BlogLift does not control or have access to the user’s Chrome synchronization account.
BlogLift Free does not include:
Analytics or tracking software.
Advertising SDKs.
Payment or subscription systems.
User account or login systems.
Artificial intelligence APIs.
Third-party cloud-processing services.
Remotely hosted or remotely executed code.
The extension’s functionality is provided through code included within the installed extension package.
Users can manage or delete locally stored information from the BlogLift Settings page.
Users may:
Remove an indexed website.
Delete locally stored website data.
Clear audit results.
Reset extension settings and preferences.
Uninstalling BlogLift Free removes the extension and its locally stored extension data according to Chrome’s standard extension lifecycle and storage behavior.
BlogLift Free’s use of information obtained through Chrome extension permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information obtained through extension permissions is used only to provide and improve BlogLift Free’s clearly disclosed, user-facing functionality. It is not transferred or used for unrelated purposes.
BlogLift Free is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the extension does not operate an account system or transmit user data to BlogLift servers, BlogLift does not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if BlogLift Free’s features, permissions, or data-handling practices change.
When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
