Hazel Hurdles
Hazel Hurdles
Traditional English hurdles are my speciality. They come in standard sizes of of 6ft wide by 3ft, 4ft, 5ft or 6ft high. Different non-standard sizes are available but please check first.
All hazel hurdles made here at Blogg's Coppice Products are handmade of split (cleft) hazel. Split hazel hurdles are far stronger and longer lasting than round wood hurdles as they can "breathe", therefore not rotting as quickly.
With proper and continuous treatment, all hurdles made at Blogg's Coppice Products will last several years and maintain their structural integrity and beauty.

Trellises
Trellises for climbing plants or flowers that can be made to a specified size. They can be made to different designs including rectangular or pyramidal shape.

These borders can be made to the desired specifications and make a welcome addition to any garden border/walkway.

Hazel hedging stakes cut at 5ft 6 inches. They can be pointed for an additional cost.

Hazel hedging binders cut to at least 10ft long.
Beanpoles
Beanpoles
Cut at least 8ft long or to the desired length. Hazel beanpoles are far superior to bamboo canes as they offer more grip to the climbing bean plant.
Peasticks
Peasticks
Ranging from 5-6ft high, these branchy, ranging sticks are perfect supports for growing sweet peas and other plants. Peasticks are only available in the early part if the year
River Faggots
River Faggots
Hazel river faggots are a natural and soft engineering product used for riverbank restoration.
River Stakes
River Stakes
Cut at 3ft 6 inches and pointed, these are used for the installation of river faggots.
