This Privacy Policy applies to the Blocky Build mobile app (the "Application"), created by Nikfort Games (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS".
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
The Application does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or other directly identifying details.
When you use the Application, the following information may be collected automatically:
Your device's IP address
Approximate location (such as country or city), derived from your IP address. The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.
Device information, such as device model, operating system and version, language and region settings
App version and in-app usage information, such as app opens, sessions, time spent in the Application, screens viewed and gameplay events
Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and similar identifiers used to serve ads and measure their performance
App instance and installation identifiers assigned by Firebase, used for analytics and to deliver app configuration settings
Crash and performance-related technical information, if any occurs
We use this information to:
Operate, maintain and improve the Application
Understand how the Application is used, so we can fix problems and improve gameplay (analytics)
Deliver app configuration and feature settings (for example, through Firebase Remote Config)
Show advertisements and measure their performance
Detect and prevent technical problems, fraud and abuse
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase Analytics (Google): Used to collect and analyze app usage data, such as events, sessions, device information and approximate location. Firebase Analytics uses identifiers such as the app instance ID and, where available, the advertising ID. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Firebase Remote Config (Google): Used to fetch configuration values. It may process a Firebase installation ID, device and app information (such as app version, operating system, language and country) and your IP address. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
AdMob (Google): Used to display ads. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to show personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Data collected through Firebase Analytics may be shared with other Google services (such as AdMob) to measure and improve ads. These providers act on our behalf or under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.
The Application shows ads through third-party ad networks. Advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID to show ads based on your interests. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
We may disclose automatically collected information:
When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
To trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to follow this policy
Stop collection: You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it.
Ads and identifiers: You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization through your device's advertising settings. Doing so also limits the advertising ID used by analytics.
Access or deletion: Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK or California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us at nikfortgames@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Consent (EEA/UK users): Where required by law, we ask for your consent before collecting analytics data and showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time.
We keep automatically collected data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Firebase Analytics data is retained for a limited period according to our Firebase settings, and data held by third-party providers (Google, Firebase, AdMob, Unity) is retained according to their own policies.
The Application is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at nikfortgames@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy.
