# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GG ("Developer") regarding your use of the BlockStacker mobile application ("Application").

## 1. License Grant

Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

## 2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

*   License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.

*   Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

## 3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and the scripts and software used to implement the Application, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Developer and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.

## 4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Developer. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

## 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

## 7. Changes to this Agreement

Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.

## 8. Governing Law

The laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
