BlockDrag 이용약관 (2025년 7월 25일 최신 버전)

본 약관은 BlockDrag(이하 “서비스”)를 개발·제공하는 개인 개발자 Elipair(이하 “개발자”)가 서비스 이용과 관련하여 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

1. 약관의 동의

서비스에 가입하거나 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

2. 이용 자격

본 서비스는 전 연령 이용 가능하며, 앱 마켓에 명시된 권장 연령을 확인해 주세요.
만 14세 이상 19세 미만의 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의 하에 사용해야 합니다.
보호자가 자녀의 사용을 제한하고자 할 경우 기기 또는 앱 마켓 설정을 통해 차단할 수 있습니다.

3. 제공 서비스

BlockDrag는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다:

퍼즐 게임 플레이 및 점수 기록
사용자 간 최고점수 기반의 랭킹 시스템
이메일 기반 회원가입 및 닉네임 설정
기능 개선을 위한 업데이트
앱 내 문의 안내

※ BlockDrag는 완전 무료로 제공되며, 유료 결제 기능은 없습니다.

4. 사용자 계정

본 서비스는 Supabase를 기반으로 하며, 이메일과 닉네임을 통한 회원가입이 필요합니다.
비밀번호는 시스템 내부에서 암호화되어 저장되며, 현재는 비밀번호 재설정 기능은 제공되지 않습니다.
사용자는 최초 가입 시 자동으로 생성된 기본 닉네임을 변경할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴를 요청할 경우 계정은 즉시 비활성화되며, 탈퇴 요청일로부터 7일간의 유예 기간이 부여됩니다.
이 기간 내에 재로그인할 경우 탈퇴가 철회되어 계정이 그대로 유지됩니다.
7일이 경과할 때까지 재로그인이 없는 경우, 모든 계정 정보는 완전히 삭제되며 복구가 불가능합니다.

5. 랭킹 시스템

BlockDrag는 최고 점수 기반의 랭킹 뷰(View) 를 제공합니다.
랭킹에는 닉네임, 최고 점수, 점수 달성일이 표시됩니다.
점수가 없는 사용자는 랭킹에 노출되지 않습니다.
부정행위(치트, 자동화 도구 등)를 통해 기록된 점수는 삭제될 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 의무 및 금지 행위

이용자는 서비스를 선의로 사용해야 하며, 다음과 같은 행위는 금지됩니다:

서비스 운영 방해 또는 서버 과부하 유발
해킹, 악성코드, 자동화 도구(매크로 등) 사용
타인의 개인정보 도용 또는 계정 침해
콘텐츠 무단 복제, 리버스 엔지니어링 등 불법 행위
랭킹을 왜곡하는 행위

8. 면책 및 책임 제한

개발자는 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다하지만, 기술적 오류, 서버 장애, 외부 공격 등으로 인한 서비스 중단이나 데이터 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
법령상 허용되는 최대 범위 내에서 직접적·간접적 손해에 대한 책임이 제한됩니다.

9. 광과민성 발작 주의

빠르게 깜빡이는 화면이나 시각 효과가 일부 사용자에게 **광과민성 발작(Photosensitive Seizure)**을 유발할 수 있습니다. 과거 관련 증상이 있었던 분은 의사와 상담 후 이용해 주세요.

10. 개인정보 보호

BlockDrag는 이메일과 닉네임을 수집하며, 서비스 제공 외의 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
수집된 정보는 Supabase를 통해 안전하게 저장되며, 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제됩니다.
개발자는 사용자 비밀번호를 저장하거나 열람하지 않으며, 모든 인증 정보는 암호화되어 처리됩니다.

12. 약관의 변경

본 약관은 서비스 개선, 기능 추가, 법령 개정 등에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
변경 시 앱 내 또는 앱 마켓 페이지를 통해 사전 공지되며, 공지일로부터 효력이 발생합니다.

BlockDrag Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of BlockDrag (“Service”), a mobile game developed and provided by the individual developer Elipair (“Developer”). By accessing or using the Service, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may be restricted from accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to users of all ages. Please check the recommended age rating on your app store.
Minors between the ages of 14 and 19 must obtain consent from a legal guardian to use the Service.
Parents or guardians may restrict access to the Service via device or app store settings.

3. Provided Services

BlockDrag offers the following features:

Puzzle gameplay with real-time score tracking
Global leaderboard based on high scores
Email-based user registration and nickname management
Regular updates for performance and feature improvements
In-app support and feedback

※ BlockDrag is a completely free service with no in-app purchases or paid features.

4. User Account

BlockDrag requires user registration via email and nickname, powered by Supabase.
Passwords are encrypted and not accessible by the developer or any third party.
Users may modify their nickname through their profile.

When a user requests account deletion, the account is immediately deactivated and enters a 7-day grace period.
If the user logs in again within this period, the deletion request will be canceled and the account will be fully restored.
If there is no login activity during the 7 days, all personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted, and the account cannot be recovered.

5. Ranking System

A public leaderboard (view) is provided based on each user’s highest score.
The leaderboard displays nickname, high score, and the date the score was achieved.
Users with no score are excluded from the ranking.
Cheating, automation, or manipulation of score data is strictly prohibited and may result in deletion from the leaderboard.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Users must act in good faith and must not:

Disrupt or overload the server or interfere with the operation of the Service
Use hacks, malware, bots, or automated scripts
Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy
Duplicate, reverse engineer, or redistribute content without permission
Attempt to manipulate or falsify rankings

7. Intellectual Property

All content in BlockDrag, including source code, graphics, text, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Elipair. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Developer strives to provide a reliable service, but is not liable for interruptions caused by technical errors, server issues, or external attacks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Photosensitive Seizure Warning

Some visual effects may trigger photosensitive seizures in a small percentage of users. If you have a history of such symptoms, consult a medical professional before playing.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

BlockDrag collects only email and nickname upon registration.
No sensitive personal data is collected, and passwords are encrypted.
All data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure.
Upon account deletion, all user data is completely and permanently erased.

12. Modifications to the Terms
