본 약관은 BlockDrag(이하 “서비스”)를 개발·제공하는 개인 개발자 Elipair(이하 “개발자”)가 서비스 이용과 관련하여 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (약관의 동의)

이용자가 본 서비스를 설치하거나 이용하는 경우, 본 약관의 내용에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제2조 (이용 자격)

1. 본 서비스는 전 연령 이용이 가능합니다. 단, 앱 마켓에 명시된 권장 연령을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
   
   

2. 만 14세 이상 19세 미만의 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의 하에 서비스를 이용하여야 합니다.
   
   

3. 보호자가 자녀의 서비스 이용을 제한하고자 할 경우, 기기 또는 앱 마켓의 설정을 통해 제한할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (제공 서비스)

BlockDrag는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다.

• 퍼즐 게임 플레이 및 점수 기록
  
  

• 최고 점수 기반의 랭킹 시스템

• 기능 개선 및 안정화를 위한 업데이트
  
  

• 앱 내 문의 안내
  
  

※ 본 서비스는 완전 무료로 제공되며, 유료 결제 기능은 존재하지 않습니다.

제4조 (사용자 계정)

1. 현재 BlockDrag는 회원가입 및 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않습니다(준비 중).
   
   

2. 이용자는 별도의 계정 생성 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
   
   

3. 향후 회원가입 또는 로그인 기능이 도입될 경우, 관련 내용은 앱 내 공지 또는 약관 개정을 통해 사전에 안내됩니다.
   
   

제5조 (랭킹 시스템)

1. 본 서비스는 최고 점수 기반의 랭킹 뷰(View)를 제공합니다.
   
   

2. 랭킹에는 닉네임, 최고 점수, 점수 달성일이 표시됩니다.
   
   

3. 점수가 없는 이용자는 랭킹에 노출되지 않습니다.
   
   

4. 치트, 자동화 도구(매크로) 등 부정한 방법으로 기록된 점수는 사전 통보 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
   
   

제6조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지 행위)

이용자는 서비스를 선의로 이용하여야 하며, 다음 각 호의 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 서버에 과부하를 유발하는 행위
  
  

• 해킹, 악성 코드, 자동화 도구(매크로) 사용
  
  

• 타인의 정보 도용 또는 서비스 이용을 방해하는 행위
  
  

• 게임 데이터, 점수, 랭킹을 왜곡하는 행위
  
  

• 서비스 콘텐츠의 무단 복제, 변형, 배포, 리버스 엔지니어링 등 불법 행위
  
  

위 행위가 확인될 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (지적 재산권)

1. BlockDrag에 포함된 소스코드, 그래픽, UI, 텍스트, 게임 로직 등 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 개발자 Elipair에게 귀속됩니다.
   
   

2. 이용자는 개발자의 사전 허가 없이 이를 복제, 수정, 배포, 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
   
   

제8조 (면책 및 책임 제한)

1. 개발자는 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다하지만, 기술적 오류, 서버 장애, 외부 요인 등으로 인한 서비스 중단이나 데이터 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
   
   

2. 이용자의 귀책 사유로 발생한 문제에 대해서는 개발자가 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
   
   

3. 법령상 허용되는 최대 범위 내에서 개발자의 책임은 제한됩니다.
   
   

제9조 (광고 및 광고 식별자)

1. BlockDrag는 서비스 운영을 위해 Google AdMob을 통한 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
   
   

2. AdMob은 광고 제공 및 품질 개선을 위해 광고 식별자(예: Android Advertising ID) 또는 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다.
   
   

3. 해당 정보는 Google의 광고 정책 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
   
   

4. 이용자는 기기 설정을 통해 맞춤형 광고 제한을 설정할 수 있습니다.
   
   

제10조 (개인정보 보호)

1. BlockDrag는 현재 회원가입/로그인 기능이 없으며, 이메일·비밀번호 등 계정 기반 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
   
   

2. 랭킹 기능 제공을 위해 닉네임, 점수, 점수 달성일 등의 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
   
   

3. 광고 제공 과정에서 Google AdMob이 광고 관련 정보(광고 식별자 등)를 처리할 수 있습니다.
   
   

4. 개인정보 처리에 대한 자세한 사항은 별도의 **[개인정보처리방침]**을 따릅니다.

제12조 (약관의 변경)

2. 약관이 변경되는 경우, 앱 내 공지 또는 앱 마켓 페이지를 통해 사전에 안내합니다.
   
   

3. 변경된 약관은 공지된 시행일로부터 효력이 발생합니다.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and Elipair (“Developer”), the individual developer who develops and provides BlockDrag (“Service”), in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 1 (Acceptance of Terms)

By installing or using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, use of the Service may be restricted.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

1. The Service is available to users of all ages. However, users should verify the recommended age specified in the app marketplace.
   
   

2. Minors aged 14 or older but under 19 must use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian.
   
   

3. Guardians who wish to restrict a child’s use of the Service may do so through device or app marketplace settings.

Article 3 (Services Provided)

BlockDrag provides the following features:

• Puzzle gameplay and score recording

※ The Service is provided completely free of charge, and no paid purchase features exist.

Article 4 (User Accounts)

1. BlockDrag currently does not provide sign-up or login functionality (under preparation).
   
   

2. Users may use the Service without creating an account.
   
   

3. If account or login features are introduced in the future, related details will be announced in advance through in-app notices or revisions to these Terms.
   
   

Article 5 (Ranking System)

1. The Service provides a ranking view based on users’ highest scores.
   
   

2. The ranking displays nicknames, highest scores, and score achievement dates.
   
   

3. Users without recorded scores will not appear in the ranking.
   
   

4. Scores obtained through unfair means, such as cheating or automated tools (macros), may be deleted without prior notice.
   
   

Article 6 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must use the Service in good faith and must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Interfering with Service operations or causing excessive server load
  
  

• Hacking, using malicious code, or employing automated tools (macros)
  
  

• Impersonating others or interfering with other users’ access to the Service
  
  

• Manipulating game data, scores, or rankings
  
  

• Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of Service content
  
  

If such conduct is identified, access to the Service may be restricted.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All content included in BlockDrag, including source code, graphics, UI, text, and game logic, is the intellectual property of the Developer, Elipair.
   
   

2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior permission from the Developer.
   
   

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

1. While the Developer makes reasonable efforts to provide the Service, the Developer is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by technical errors, server failures, or external factors.
   
   

2. The Developer is not liable for issues arising from the user’s own fault or negligence.
   
   

3. The Developer’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
   
   

Article 9 (Advertisements and Advertising Identifiers)

1. BlockDrag may display advertisements through Google AdMob for service operation.
   
   

2. AdMob may use advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) or similar technologies to provide and improve advertisements.
   
   

3. Such information is processed in accordance with Google’s advertising policies and privacy policy.
   
   

4. Users may limit personalized ads through their device settings.
   
   

Article 10 (Personal Information Protection)

1. BlockDrag currently does not provide account or login functionality and does not collect account-based personal information such as email addresses or passwords.
   
   

2. For ranking functionality, information such as nicknames, scores, and score achievement dates may be processed.
   
   

3. During ad delivery, Google AdMob may process advertising-related information, including advertising identifiers.
   
   

4. Detailed information regarding personal data processing is provided in a separate [Privacy Policy].

Article 12 (Amendments to the Terms)
