Block Collectors is a single-player virtual reality game for Meta Quest made by Wafers Game Productions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play it.
We don't collect your personal information. Block Collectors has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no in-game purchases, no multiplayer and no voice chat. Your progress is saved only on your headset, and the game doesn't send it to us.
We don't collect, store, sell or share personal information from the game. The game doesn't ask for your name, email address, age, location, contacts or anything else about you, and it doesn't use your headset's microphone or cameras.
To keep your progress, the game stores save files on your headset: things like your money, gems, stars, upgrades, factory, pets, trophies and play time, plus your settings (such as volume, vibration and comfort options). This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
You can delete it at any time: delete a save in the main menu's SAVES tab, reset a save from the in-game Settings, or uninstall the game to remove all of its data. If you use Meta's cloud backup, Meta may keep a copy of this data according to your Meta settings.
Block Collectors is distributed through the Meta Quest platform. When you buy, download and play games on Meta Quest, Meta collects information under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. Meta may share aggregated statistics with us, such as how many people bought or played the game. These statistics don't identify you.
Block Collectors is built with the Unity game engine. Unity may collect limited technical information from the game, such as crash reports and basic device details (for example the headset model and operating system version), to find and fix problems in its engine. Unity handles this information under its own privacy policy. We don't use Unity's advertising, analytics or in-app purchase services.
If you email us, we'll use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we won't share them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information a company holds about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because the game doesn't collect personal information, we usually won't have any about you, but you can contact us with any request and we'll answer it. For information Meta or Unity holds, use the options in their privacy policies.
If we add features that use personal information, such as online play, leaderboards or analytics, we'll update this policy and its effective date before those features go live.
