This Privacy Policy explains what information the Block Burst mobile game ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Please read it before playing. By installing or using the Game you agree to this policy.

1. SUMMARY

- The Game does not require an account, login, name, email address or phone number.

- Your game progress (levels, stars, best scores, settings) is stored only on your device.

- The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob. The advertising SDK collects certain device and usage data as described below.

- The Game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location or files.

- The Game can be played offline. An internet connection is used only to load advertisements.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information stored on your device only

The Game saves the following on your device so that you can continue where you left off:

- adventure level progress and stars earned

- best scores and lifetime statistics (games played, lines cleared, best combo)

- an in-progress game so it can be resumed

- your settings (sound, music, vibration, tile theme, tutorial completed)

This data never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

2.2 Information collected by the advertising partner

The Game displays banner, interstitial and rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC. When an advertisement is requested or shown, Google may collect and process:

- device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID

- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it

- device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen size

- app information such as the app package name and version

- advertising interaction data, for example which ads were shown, viewed, clicked or completed (for rewarded ads)

- diagnostic data such as crash and performance information related to ad delivery

Google uses this information to serve and measure advertisements, to detect fraud, and, where you have given consent, to personalise advertisements. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the Google Ads data practices (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). We do not receive the personal information Google collects; we only see aggregated advertising reports.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, payment details or any content you create. The Game contains no chat or social features.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

- To run the Game and save your progress on your device.

- To display advertisements that keep the Game free to play, and to measure their performance.

- To detect fraud and abuse of the advertising system, and to keep the Game stable.

We do not sell personal information.

4. ADVERTISING CHOICES AND CONSENT

- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the Game shows a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised advertising is used. You can decline personalised ads and still play; non-personalised ads may then be shown. You can change your choice at any time from the consent options offered by the Game.

- Everywhere else you can limit personalised advertising through your device: Android Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads), where you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation.

- Rewarded advertisements are always optional. You choose to watch them in exchange for in-game bonuses such as extra moves or an extra undo.

5. CHILDREN

The Game is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us at the address below and we will help remove it. Parents can use Android parental controls to restrict advertising and downloads.

6. DATA SHARING

We share information only with:

- Google LLC (AdMob) for advertising, as described in section 2.2

- Google Play, which processes downloads, updates and, if you use them, ratings and reviews under its own policy

- law enforcement or authorities when required by law

We do not share information with any other third party and we do not sell it.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

- Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its storage (Android Settings > Apps > Block Burst > Storage > Clear data).

- Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google's retention policies. You can reset your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings, which disconnects future ad data from previous data.

- To request deletion of any information we may hold, email us at the contact address below.

8. SECURITY

The Game does not transmit your personal information to our servers. Data exchanged with the advertising partner is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, Brazil, India and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold your personal information ourselves, most requests concern advertising data held by Google, which you can manage through your device and Google account settings. You can also contact us and we will assist you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Advertising data may be processed by Google on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under Google's applicable safeguards.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when the Game or the law changes. The effective date at the top will be updated and material changes will be noted in the Game's store listing. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
