These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and the provider of Craft Block Tool (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
Craft Block Tool is a creative planning and visualization tool designed to help users plan, design, and preview block-based structures using 2D grids, layers, and 3D visualization.
The App is intended for planning and visualization purposes only.
The App does not modify, interact with, or access any external games, game files, or game services.
2. No Affiliation With Mojang, Microsoft, Apple, or Google
Craft Block Tool is an independent application.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
This EULA is an agreement between you and us, not with Apple or Google.
3. Eligibility & License
You may use the App only if you are legally able to form a binding agreement and are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction).
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription (“Premium Access”), such as advanced planning tools, enhanced 3D visualization, or removal of ads.
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
We do not store or process your payment card information.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
We do not issue refunds directly.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App;
• use the App for commercial purposes without permission;
• attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security;
• use the App in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
You are responsible for how you use any designs or plans created with the App.
7. Content & User Data
Any plans, designs, or layouts you create remain your responsibility.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or in-game feasibility of any generated or visualized builds.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, UI elements, graphics, and branding within the App are owned by us.
9. No Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee that:
• the App will be error-free or uninterrupted;
• the App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems;
• the App will meet all user expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• loss of designs or data;
• issues arising from using planned builds in-game.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Apple & Google Required Terms
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for:
• maintenance or support;
• product claims;
• safety or legal compliance issues.
For iOS users, Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the United States.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
