This Privacy Policy explains how TapTornado Studios we collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Block Puzzle Classic Free (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information such as your full name, postal address, or phone number through the App. The App and the third‑party services we use may automatically collect the following non‑personal and device information:
Device identifiers: Advertising ID, Android ID and similar identifiers.
Device information: device model, operating system, screen size, language, and app version.
App activity: gameplay events, session length, ad interactions, high scores and other usage metrics.
App performance & diagnostics: crash logs, error reports and performance data.
Approximate location: city or region-level location for ad targeting only (not precise GPS).
2. Third‑Party Services
The App integrates with third‑party services that may collect the categories of data listed above. These services help us deliver ads, measure performance, and improve the App. Service providers we use include (but are not limited to):
Google AdMob (ads)
Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)
Appnext (ads)
Vungle (ads)
MBridge (ads)
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
Show and target ads (personalized or non‑personalized) and measure ad performance.
Analyze app usage to improve gameplay, fix bugs, and monitor app stability.
Diagnose and address crashes and other technical issues.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share the non‑personal data described above with third‑party ad networks, analytics providers, and partners in order to serve ads, provide analytics, and improve the App. These providers may use cookies, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the App. Data transmitted to our third‑party providers is encrypted in transit (for example via HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain data as needed to provide the services and for legitimate business purposes such as analytics and troubleshooting. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize data as described below.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. User Controls & Choices
You may opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Note this is a device‑level setting and not controlled by the App.
9. Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of the App, please follow these steps:
Visit the request page (if hosted) or email us at : casualbahyon@gmail.com
In your message include: the App name (Block Puzzle Classic Free), your device type (Android), and the approximate date you used the App.
We will respond within 30 days with confirmation and next steps. We will delete identifiers and associated analytics data when feasible. Aggregated anonymous data used for analytics may be retained.
10. Advertising ID & Android 13
Our App and integrated SDKs may use the Advertising ID for advertising and analytics purposes. When targeting Android 13 (API level 33) or higher, the permission com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID is required and may be declared in the app manifest.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are significant we will provide a prominent notice. The "Effective date" at the top indicates when this version took effect.
