This Privacy Policy applies to the Block Nex mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a free-to-play service. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use The Application does not explicitly require you to provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or physical address). However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
2. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob) We use Google AdMob as our primary advertising partner. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) and technologies like cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and prior usage.
3. Log Data and Analytics We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. Children's Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
