This Privacy Policy explains how Block Blast: Neon Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, or other personally identifying information.

Stored only on your device: game progress, best score, sound/music settings, and purchase entitlement flags are stored locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to us and is removed if you uninstall the App.

Collected automatically by advertising partners: the App displays ads through Google AdMob, with Meta Audience Network as a mediated demand source. To serve and measure ads, these partners may automatically collect your advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device type/OS/language, and general ad interaction data. This data is collected and processed by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies, linked below — we do not receive or store it ourselves.

In-app purchases: purchases (Remove Ads and cosmetic skin packs) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details.

3. Your Ad Choices

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us below and we will address it.

5. Data Retention & Security

We do not operate a backend server or user accounts, so we do not retain personal data ourselves. Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Data handled by our advertising and billing partners is retained and secured according to their own policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because the App does not hold personal data on our servers, these requests are generally handled directly with Google and Meta via the links above — contact us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
