The Punishment for breaking this change will result in a 5 day ban as well as all the properties you own being removed. 5 days is to make sure that every barricade has also been removed.

Specific Rules
Having ownership of a “Living Property” restricts you from having multiple, if you are not in a group. If you are in a group then each person can have 1 living property as long as it is not a Mansion, Two Story, or Apartment Mixed with another Living property.
Having ownership of a “Commercial Property” restricts you from having multiple, even if you are in a group.
Having ownership of a “Vehicular Housing” restricts you from having multiple if it is a Hangar, if you are in a group then each person can own one Garage as long as it is not mixed with any “One Per Group Housing.”
Game Rules
0. General
0.1: Everything that happens in the game is considered in character unless a staff member says otherwise.
0.2: RP should stay at all times.
0.3: Do not intentionally spawn excessive amounts of items or vehicles to cause lag.
0.4: Keep chat to RP only. No arguments nor spam of caps or advertisements.
0.5: Report all loopholes of rules to Higher up staff immediately, abusing any loopholes or failure to report will result in punishment.
0.6: Alts are strictly forbidden. If you are doing so, it can result in a perm/ip ban.
0.7: Lying to staff/higher up staff, about other staff members saying things are allowed etc, will result in a punishment minimum of 2 days. Maximum is permanent, based on severity.
0.8: Players take full responsibility for all rules listed whether they “knew the rule” or not.
1. KOS (Kill On Site)
1.1: Do not Revenge Kos (referred to as returning to the scene and killing players without motive or rp reason.)
1.2: Do not shoot anyone without a valid RP reason.
1.3: In RP situations: this can cost you your job along with arrest or severe punishment.
2. VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)
2.1: Do not use vehicles as ramming weapons against other players.
2.2: Drive properly to prevent driving into someone on the sidewalk and calling it “lag”
2.3: Do not intentionally drive into players on the road, slow down then drive around them.
3. RDA (Random Arrests)
3.1: Arresting players for no reason will get you removed from the job.
3.2: Continued violations can lead to a permanent job ban as well as other severe punishment(s).
4. NLR (New Life Rule)
4.1: You have no memory of what happened, nor anything in the past that is RP-related.
4.1.1: This means you can't go back to the situtation and kill the person that killed you.
5. Fail RP (Failure To Roleplay)
5.1: You may not leave the game and change your name/rejoin when in an ongoing rp situation.
5.3: Running/stalling after being handcuffed by police will be counted as FailRp unless the officer is killed or lost.
5.3.1: Moving your character back and forth while in handcuffs is considered FailRp when in presence of an officer.
5.6: Killing yourself/leaving the game and rejoining while in a situation to get out of it is FailRp.
5.6.1: Killing yourself/leaving the game and rejoining while in a jail cell to attempt to get out of prison early is FailRp.
5.6.2: If you need to leave tell the Police officer who arrested you first plus the reason.
5.7: No Taser Spamming
5.8: Stream Sniping or using any sort of outside source not directly within rp to place “rp” actions against someone is considered failrp, and is not allowed.
6. Communications (Chat And Voice Chat)
6.1: Harassment, racism, homophobia, or sexual behavior is not tolerated at any time nor towards anyone.
6.2: Mic Spamming Is not tolerated whatsoever.
6.2.1: Examples of Mic Spamming are as follows, Yelling through your mic, Purposely creating static, Etc.
7. Impersonation
7.1: No impersonating other players’ or staff.
7.1.1: This includes changing names, changing ranks, falsifying activity/permission to issue something out, etc.
7.2: Using police cars to impersonate police is not allowed
8. Player Robbing
8.1: Players cannot rob someone in the same area within 25 minutes.
8.1.1: Players may rob every 10 min per group.
8.2: If a robbery was unsuccessful the player must still wait 10 minutes until they may conduct another robbery.
8.3: Players may not rob player clothes.
8.3.1: Players may not rob vehicles without warnings.
8.3.2: Players may not rob Police/ Police Stations/Evidence rooms.
8.4: Players must also initiate with a player before shooting, giving them a warning and chance to react (Must be 3 warnings).
8.5: Players must be in a group/team in order to rob another player(s)
9. Free Building
9.1: Free building on land you do not directly own or have permission to build on will result in a warning and removal of the items.
9.2: Warning: items that are capable of containing text (eg. Note), and their contents are the full responsibility of the owner. Unless another player is proven to be the source of the content material, the person who placed the item is held liable.
9.3: Building whole new buildings/structures or placing many unnecessary items is not allowed, even on land you own. This is considered excessive free-build unless granted permission.
9.4: Do not block purchasable doors
9.5: Freebuilt tanks, APC's, or any vehicle with excessive use of plates, buildables, etc. are not allowed and are considered freebuild. If it is not meant for a vehicle, for example if it is not a: Spoiler, bumper, side skirt, or window, etc. it is not meant to go on a vehicle and should not go on a vehicle. Having a tower of any car part or item is not allowed either as it is excessive.
9.5.1: Lockers are Only Allowed on realistic cargo vehicles (eg. The beds of trucks, ForgeLoaders, Vans, Etc.)
9.6: Player Limits/Server Limits are as follows:
9.6.1: Players may have 2 vehicles out on display per person or 10 vehicles out on display per combined group.
9.6.2: You may have 4 plots/planters per building(not per person), 5 signs per building, 20 displays per building, and 2 pumpjacks per player.
9.7: Players are only allowed 1 House and 1 Shop each.
9.7.1: Groups can have a max of 3 Shops per group if being used as a “franchise/business”
9.7.2: Players may Not “Hold” houses or shops for anyone for a way to have multiple properties.
10. Wars/Battles (Gang Wars/Friend Battles)
10.1: Shooting friends or other players without a valid reason is still KOS.
10.2: No groups/players are inherently allowed to KOS (even if the players are friends with each other.)
10.3: KOS can be excused as long as agreed upon by both parties and approved by a staff member (Moderator and up).
10.4: Wars for gang battles must be accepted by a Staff Manager, groups will not be counted as a gang or faction unless they have bought an official faction for the server.
11. Ranks
11.1: Tickets should be created promptly in the event of an issue regarding ranks or payment.
12. Misc
12.1: Real-world illegal activity in any form will result in an immediate ban, and possible reporting to the proper officials or organizations.
12.2: You are responsible for securing your account(s). This includes your Steam and Discord accounts. All server-related activity from these accounts are your responsibility.
13: Staff
13.1: Staff must follow all of the aforementioned rules at all times.
13.2: Abusing commands for personal gain is not allowed.
13.3: Staff must conduct themselves semi-professionally when interfacing with players.
13.4: Staff may not accept bribes.
13.4.1: If a staff member accepts a bribe from a player, the staff member may be given a demotion and the player will return the item(s) without refund of money.
13.5: Staff may Not keep any items when salvaging others houses as it gives an unfair advantage, and players shall Not receive any items from previous building owners when requesting salvage support.
14: Discord Rules
14.1: Follow https://discord.com/guidelines
14.2: Racism/Homophobia/Disparaging terms are an instant ban from the discord.
14.3: Posting or mentioning any sort of sexual content is not tolerated in the server.
14.4: Discord advertisements referring to anything other than rp groups for the server is strictly forbidden.
14.5: Using screen share or a web camara showing any real world illegal activities or sexual/racist content will result in a ban.
14.6: Related conversations must be kept in the appropriate channels.
14.7: No channel is considered private, staff members may join to ensure everyone is following the rules.
14.8: Mic spamming will result in a server mute, and/or timeout minimal of 1 hour.
14.8.1: Refer To Rule 8.2.1 For examples of Mic Spam.
Fines - Notes: Prison is reserved for those who don’t have enough to pay fines, and those who are repeat offenders. You should not fine AND jail someone. The maximum amount you can possibly fine a player is $5,500 Important
Non-lethal crime:
Fine: $1000
Lethal crime:
Fine: $2000
Contraband Related (Drugs, drills, printers):
Fine: $3000
Prison Time:
Non-lethal crime: Five Minutes
Contraband related: Fifteen Minutes
Lethal crime: Twenty Minutes
Note: Times and fine amounts can be reduced based on compliance and good behavior. The above amounts and times are only the maximum that you can incur on the suspect.
Bails: Non-lethal crime: $1000 Lethal crime: $2000 Drug related: $3000
[Failure to Pay Fine] If the prisoner cannot pay their fine, they are to be transferred to Prison 42 to mine scrap. Each scrap is worth 3$ so convert the fine accordingly. Give them in prisoner clothing along with a pickaxe, located in the area above Sector 2. Keep an eye on them whilst they are out there. Once all nodes have been mined, place them back in a cell to await ore regen. Regen timer is 10 minutes per node starting by the time it was mined.
Wanted Guidelines
If a person has committed a Crime but has escaped and you cannot find them, They are "Wanted", They are only wanted for a max of 3 hours and only if you put it in bolos. After these three hours are up you cannot arrest them for a crime they committed. During these three hours your main goal is to get them in custody, Though they are allowed to shoot you if you try to do so. It will not be deemed KOS if you get shot while pursuing whoever is wanted. Below are some Rules you must follow during the "Wanted" phase:
- You cannot Shoot or KOS a "Wanted" suspect unless a danger level 5.
- You cannot deem someone a danger level 5 unless they have killed someone infront of you with solid evidence.
- You cannot spam post BOLOs, You may only post them if you have good evidence to back it up.
Danger Levels:
Danger Level 1 - This is for something like Failure to have a proper gun license, Not to dangerous but still a crime.
Danger Level 2 - This is for something like Resisting arrest or Evading arrest, They aren't any danger but still committed a crime.
Danger Level 3 - This is for something like Possession of Berries, or Possession of Weed. They aren't being a danger to anyone but they do have contraband on them.
Danger Level 4 - This is for something along the lines of Robbery or Assault, Isnt murder but it still is very dangerous.
Danger Level 5 - This is the only level you're allowed to shoot someone if they resist, This is for if someone committed murder right before your eyes, or if you get sent proof of them committing murder. You must have evidence to back you up when posting a Danger Level 5 BOLO so it does not get deemed as KOS.

Attempts to commit a violent injury upon another person.
P.C. 2102 Battery
Willfully and unlawfully uses force on another person.
P.C. 2103 Involuntary Manslaughter
Recklessly or accidentally kills another person.
P.C. 2104 Vehicular Manslaughter
Recklessly or accidentally kills another person while driving a motor vehicle.
P.C. 2105 Voluntary Manslaughter
Recklessly or accidentally kills another person with intent to physically hurt the person.
P.C. 2106 Kidnapping
Abducts another person and holds them against their will.
P.C. 2107 Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Attempts to commit a violent injury upon another person with a deadly weapon. (Ex: being shot at, but not incapacitated) Punishable by 80 seconds in jail as a Misdameanor.
TITLE 2. OFFENSES INVOLVING THEFT
P.C. 2201 Petty Theft
Steals property in the value of less than $1,000 from another person. (fine + stolen property + Prison time)
P.C. 2202 Grand Theft
Steals property in the value of more than $1,000 from another person. (fine + stolen property + Prison time)
P.C. 2203(1) Grand Theft Auto
Steals a motor vehicle from another person. (fine + stolen property + Prison time)
P.C. 2203(2) Grand Theft Auto
Steals a motor vehicle from another person by force or with intimidation of a weapon. (fine + stolen property + Prison time)
P.C. 2204 Robbery
Forcibly steals property from another person in a public place. (fine + stolen property + Prison time)

P.C. 2301 Fraud
Wrongfully decepts intending to receive financial or personal gain.
P.C. 2302 Impersonating
Impersonates another person.
TITLE 4. OFFENSES INVOLVING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
P.C. 2401 Burglary
Enters knowingly or remains unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime. Punishable by 120 seconds in jail as a Felony.
P.C. 2402(W) Trespassing
Enters knowingly or remains unlawfully in or upon private property. Punishable for the first offense as a infraction and a fine of up to 500
P.C. 2402(1) Trespassing
Enters knowingly or remains unlawfully in or upon private property. Punishable as a Misdemeanor for up to 120 seconds
P.C. 2402(2) Trespassing
Enters knowingly or remains unlawfully in or upon government premises or private property. To be charged as a felony it must be on government property. Punishable by up to 200 seconds and a fine of $1000
TITLE 5. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER
P.C. 2501 Disobeying a Peace Officer
Does not obey an order given by a Peace Officer.
P.C. 2502 Disorderly Conduct
Engages in behavior intending to cause public inconvenience.
P.C. 2503 Disturbing the Peace
Plays loud and disturbing music in public.
P.C. 2504 False Reporting
Reports a false or non-existent crime, contains misuse of 911.
P.C. 2505 Harassment
Intimidates or pressures another person aggressively with unwelcome words, deeds, actions, or gestures.
P.C. 2506 Loitering
Intentionally standing or waiting idly without apparent purpose.
P.C. 2507 Solicitation
Inducing another to commit a crime with the specific intent that the person solicited to commit the crime.
TITLE 7. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH AND MORALS
P.C. 2701 Drug Trafficking
Stores or transports 6+ units of marijuana or 8+ units of a controlled substance in a vehicle.
P.C. 2702 Manufacturing of Drugs
The production of drugs (Mixing chemicals to produce Drugs).
P.C. 2703 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Any type of Accessory or device that would allow an individual to indulge, Transport, manufacture, or contain a narcotic.
TITLE 8. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC SAFETY
P.C. 2801(1) Criminal Possession of Firearm
Possesses a Class 1 weapon without a proper license. Punishable by fine + automatic confiscation of the firearm.
P.C. 2801(2) Criminal Possession of Firearm
Possesses a Class 2 weapon. (shotguns, SMGs, etc.). Punishable by fine + automatic confiscation of the firearm.
P.C. 2801(3) Criminal Possession of Firearm
Possesses a Class 3 weapon. (Rifles, Heavy, etc.). Punishable by fine + automatic confiscation of the firearm.
P.C. 2801(4) Criminal Possession of Firearm
Felon in possession or a prohibited firearm. Punishable by fine + automatic confiscation of the firearm.
P.C. 2802 Criminal Sale of Firearm
Sells a Class 1 weapon to a person who does not own a gun license; or sells a Class 2/3 weapon. Punishable by 10 minutes in jail as a Felony.
P.C. 2803 Criminal Use of Firearm
Discharges a firearm for no legal reason or displays it in a city or town. Punishable by fine as a Misdemeanor.
TITLE 9. OFFENSES INVOLVING OPERATION OF A VEHICLE
P.C. 2901 Driving While Intoxicated
Drives while affected by drug or alcohol intoxication. Punishable by a $1000 fine as a Misdemeanor.
P.C. 2904 Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle
Does not pull to the side of the road when an emergency vehicle is trying to pass with sirens enabled. Punishable by a $200 fine as an Infraction.
P.C. 2906 Reckless Driving
Drives in a way that is negligent with no regard to basic traffic rules. Driver's License may be subject to removal. Punishable by a $850 fine as a Misdemeanor.
P.C. 2907 Reckless Driving causing Bodily Harm
Drives in a way that is careless and with gross disregard for human life. Driver's License may be subject to removal. Punishable by $1000 fine as a Misdemeanor.
P.C. 2908 Unlicensed Operation of Vehicle
Drives a car without a proper license. Punishable by $850 fine as a Misdemeanor.
P.C. 2911 Illegal Vehicle Modifications
Operating a vehicle with illegal aftermarket modifications (Bulletproof glass, one way glass etc). Punishable by a $400 fine as an infraction/Deletion of vehicle.
P.C. 2912 Reckless Endangerment
Acts that create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. Punishable by a $500 fine as a Misdemeanor.
P.C. 2913 Impeding flow of traffic
Operating a vehicle 20 MPH below posted speed limit, leaving a vehicle standing or parked in an area affecting traffic flow. Punishable by a $150 fine as an infraction.
P.C. 2914 Driving without Proper Use of Headlights
Driving without the use of headlights from dusk until dawn, even if night vision goggles are used. Punishable by a $75 fine as an infraction.
P.C. 2915 Motor vehicle contest
A person(s) who willingly participates in an illegal street race. Punishable by 40 seconds in jail and a $1200 fine.
P.C. 2916 Illegally parked vehicle
Parking in a place that is not a parking space, on a fire lane, blocking an alley lane or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant. Punishable by a $110 fine as an infraction.
P.C. 2917 Improper Vehicle Equipment
All Motorized Vehicles must have working headlights, be in good condition when in operation. Failure to abide by this may result in a fine as a misdemeanor
TITLE 10. OFFENSES INVOLVING AIRCRAFT REGULATION
F.A.R. 001 Reckless Operation of a Aerial Vehicle
Flying recklessly endangering the lives of citizens. Punishable by $2500 fine as a Felony.
F.A.R. 002 Improper Landing
Landing in any area not marked off by a proper helipad (unless a properly notified emergency landing). Punishable by $1500 fine as a Felony.
F.A.R. 003 Aerial Endangerment
Flying with a damaged aerial vehicle in any capacity that would cause distress or endanger the lives of the public. Punishable by $1300 fine as a Felony.
F.A.R. 004 Improper Transport of Firearms
Flying an aircraft with any weapon that is not properly secured in a case or compartment, and visibly showing/using said weapon (can be shot down for this).Punishable by $1200 fine as a Felony.
F.A.R. 005 Improper Transport of Controlled Substances or Precursors
Flying an aircraft while transporting any form of narcotics or drug precursors. Punishable by a $1100 fine as a Misdemeanor.
F.A.R. 006 Trespassing in a No-Flight Zone
Entering a no-flight radius, marked off as the Prison within city limits. Punishable by a $900 fine as a Misdemeanor.
TITLE 11. OFFENSES INVOLVING WILDLIFE AND MARINE
P.C. 3001 Driving without a license
Person(s) willingly driving a vehicle without the proper license. Punishable by a $100 fine as an Infraction.
P.C. 3002 Shooting From Boat, Vehicle, or Airplane
Discharging a firearm from within a vehicle, boat or airplane. Punishable by 5 minutes in jail as a Misdemeanor.
P.C. 3003 Unlawful Discharge of Firearm, Arrow, or Crossbow Bolt Across a Public Road or Way
To discharge a firearm across a road, highway or any other public way. Punishable by 90 seconds in jail as a Misdemeanor
P.C. 3004 Unsafe operation
Person(s) willingly operates the boat or car without any regard for public safety Punishable by a $550 fine as an Infraction.
TITLE 12. OFFENCES ON/IN PROPERTY
P.C. 3201 Breaking any laws on property will result in a raid.
P.C. 3202 You can only have 1 window in your property covered.
P.C. 3203 No use in permits
Not having the proper permits for your property. Including licenses.
P.C. 3204 Creating drugs on property is not promited
