Welcome to BlitzBoat! These Terms of Service govern your use of the BlitzBoat Discord Bot provided by xvi_epe. By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.
1. Use of the Bot
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
1.2 License: The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Bot or servers or networks connected to the Bot.
Modify, adapt, or hack the Bot or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Bot.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot.
2. User Content
2.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photos, profiles, audio, and video clips, links, and other content or materials that you submit, post, or display on or via the Bot.
2.2 Rights: By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or via the Bot, you grant the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Bot: The Provider retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including all related intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to grant you any right or license except as expressly provided herein.
3.2 User Content: All User Content submitted, posted, or displayed on or via the Bot is owned by its respective owner. The Provider does not claim any ownership rights in any User Content.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Warranty: The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You use the Bot at your own risk.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot; any conduct or content of any third party on or via the Bot.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Provider: The Provider may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Bot at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
5.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
By using the BlitzBoat Discord Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
