Blink respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the Blink matchmaking app.
Account details: name, email address, phone number, login information, and profile setup details.
Profile information: photos, gender, date of birth or age, interests, preferences, community details, and other information you choose to add.
Location information: approximate or precise location only when you allow location permission, used to improve matching and discovery.
App activity: likes, matches, chats, calls, stories, reports, subscription status, and interactions with app features.
Device information: device type, app version, identifiers, crash logs, and basic usage data to keep the app secure and reliable.
To create and manage your account.
To show your profile to relevant users and recommend possible matches.
To enable chat, calls, stories, notifications, subscriptions, and other app features.
To improve safety, detect misuse, prevent fraud, and respond to reports.
To fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features.
To send service updates, security notices, and support messages.
Your public profile information may be visible to other Blink users as part of the matchmaking experience. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help operate the app, payment providers for subscriptions, legal authorities when required by law, or another party with your consent.
Messages, calls, photos, stories, and other content you share may be processed so the app can deliver these features, support safety tools, and investigate reports. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information with people you do not trust.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by app store or payment partners. Blink may receive limited subscription status information, but we do not store your full card or payment details.
You can update your profile information in the app.
You can manage location, camera, microphone, photo, and notification permissions from your device settings.
You can block or report users when available in the app.
You can request account deletion from the app where this option is provided.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide Blink, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after account deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No app or internet service can guarantee complete security, so please use strong passwords and keep your account details private.
Blink is intended for adults. You must not use Blink if you are under the minimum legal age required in your location.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above or notify you through the app when appropriate.
