• Motion Sensors: Used to detect when your device is face down for eye break reminders. This data is processed locally and never transmitted.

• Notifications: Used to send you break reminders. Notification data is processed locally.

• Google AdMob: If ads are enabled, AdMob may collect anonymous usage data according to their privacy policy. You can disable ads in settings.

You can export your data at any time through the Profile settings. To delete all data, you can reset the app or uninstall it.
