You found us - welcome!

We meet at least once a week during school term time, sometimes more. Those meetings may be held at our HQ (once or twice a month) and if they are, that would be between 19:00 and 20:30. The rest of the time we meet as and where the activity dictates. You should have a look at what we have organised for the future and also what we have done in the past.

Our aim is to run the best programme possible at the lowest cost. Currently we charge £27 a term plus the cost of any activities you take part in. It is not expensive!

What do we do?

We love the outdoors.... hiking, climbing, caving, camping, bivvying, hammocking, expeditions, mountain biking, cycling, winter camp, canoeing.

We don't mind the indoors too much either... cooking, quizzes, film & pizza, poker, racing, pinewood derby.

We also run the Duke of Edinburgh's award.

As an Explorer, you get to help organise the programme - if you want to do something.... shout!
