If you have purchased your product from BlindQuest, we will not charge any repair fees for the first year from the date of installation, and you will only be responsible for manufacturer fees if they apply.

We also provide repair services for products purchased from another dealer. If your product is still under warranty and you are within our normal service area (within a 50-mile radius from our office), we will only charge a $50 repair fee plus additional charges from the manufacturer, if any.

If, however you are in our extended service area (beyond a 50-mile radius from our office), then the cost of repair will be $150, excluding any additional charges from the manufacturer, if any.
