Blessed Hands operates as a charity application where users can donate items to those in need. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our app. We collect personal information such as your name, username, contact number, email, and address in order to create and manage your account, communicate with you regarding your queries, and arrange for the collection of donated items. Your information is shared with Firebase for authentication and storage purposes. We do not process payments directly in the app; instead, users upload payment receipts as proof of donation. Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above. If you wish to delete your data, you may contact us at mustansarabbasi002@gmail.com. 

Our app, Blessed Hands, is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Since our platform is designed to facilitate the donation of items, we believe that minors may not have the necessary resources to contribute meaningfully. Therefore, we do not support or encourage the use of the app by children under the age of 18.  If we become aware that a user under 18 has registered on our platform, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including account suspension or removal. Parents or guardians who discover that their child has used our app without consent may contact us for assistance in removing the account. We take industry-standard measures to protect your data, but please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
