For the fastest service, we recommend booking appointments and submitting service requests through our Square booking system

Response Time
We strive to respond to all messages within 24–48 business hours.

Response times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or when serving clients at scheduled events and photography sessions.

Phone Consultations
Phone, video, or in-person consultations are available by appointment. Depending on the service requested, consultations may require:

• Project details submitted in advance
• Scheduled appointment through Square
• Deposit payment (when applicable)

Active Client Communication

Clients with active orders, photography sessions, or ongoing projects may receive updates through email, phone, text message, or WhatsApp when appropriate.

At Blessed Service Co., we are committed to providing clear communication, professional service, and a positive experience from inquiry to delivery. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Deposit required for bulk/custom orders. 

For Photography Services 

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photography bookings.

Portraits, branding, and small sessions → 25% deposit at booking

Weddings, quinceañeras, and large events → 33% deposit at booking

• Final balance is due by the session date (for portraits/branding) or 1 month before the event (for weddings & quinceañeras).

• Payments may be made via [list your accepted methods: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Card, etc.].

• If the session is canceled with proper notice, the deposit can be transferred once to a rescheduled date.

For Personalized & Custom Products 

• Full payment is required upfront before production begins.

• This ensures that materials are ordered and customization is completed on time.

• Orders will not begin until payment is received.

For Bulk Orders (15+ items)

• Orders under $200 → Full payment upfront.

• Orders over $200 → 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due before delivery/pickup.

• Bulk discounts (10–20% off) apply once payment terms are met.

• No production begins until the deposit/payment is received.

For Photography Services 

• Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your booking date and cover preparation time.

• If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your session (one time) at no extra cost, if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• If Blessed Service Co. must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For Personalized & Custom Products 

• Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final.

• Refunds or exchanges are only offered if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, sizes, and details for customization.

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue, and we’ll make it right.

• Clients may reschedule a session once if notice is given 7 days in advance.

• Missed or no-show appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled without a new booking.

• Large event cancellations (weddings, quinceañeras, church events) must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid full charge.

• Photography galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the session. Weddings may take up to 6–8 weeks.

• Custom products are usually ready in 7–14 business days. Large or bulk orders may take longer — timelines will be confirmed when ordering.

• Travel within Caldwell County and nearby towns → Free

• 30–60 miles → $25

• 60–90 miles → $50

• Over 90 miles → Custom quote (lodging may apply for full-day events)

• Blessed Service Co. retains copyright on all photography.

• Clients receive personal use rights for printing and sharing.

• Images may be used in our portfolio, website, or social media unless clients request otherwise in writing.
