There are four resource gauges in the game
HP - regular health bar that depletes as you take damage
Meter - bar that fills up to 3 as you hit, get hit, hit shields, get hit on shield or whiff; spent on supers and ghost step
Stamina (Chakra/Spiritual) - bar that fills automatically over time; spent on dash, ghost step, combo breaker and shielding moves
Assist - bar that fills automatically over 15 seconds; spent on assists
J - neutral normal
SJ - down normal
WJ - up normal
KJ - aerial normal
LJ - dash normal - few characters have this
U - special
SU - down special
WU - up special
KU - aerial special - few characters don't have this
I - super
WI - up super - few characters don't have this
SI - down super
KI - aerial super - around half of the characters have this
O - assist/combo breaker
