GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This website is owned and operated by BLAZE FISHING LLC. Content includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. New services, products, or other which are added to the current store/site are subject to Terms and Conditions. Review the most current version of Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to revise, change or edit any part of these Terms and Conditions. You consent to review to this page for revisions. Continued use of the website constitutes consent to revisions/changes.

BLAZE FISHING LLC possesses all required licensing, insurance, and permitting to conduct fishing sessions as described on this website. We are dedicated to professional service and integrity.  Contents of the Website are accurate and free from errors to best of our ability. Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not give any warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any of the information on the site, including without limitation, the availability, quality or price of any services or products.

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service without notice at any time.

Booked sessions will start on time, regardless of customers delays.

Each individual older then 16 years must have valid fishing licence and be prepared for inspection at start of the session.

Minimum age allowed for the session is 8 years old. Parents are required to be present for any minor. Life vests will be provided prior the session, as optional.

We will allow you to keep your catch up to a certain weight, as per rules of Georgia DNR. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or even at short notice. If we cancel the session, there will be a full refund. All cancellations by customers must occur with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to scheduled time, with full refund. For later cancellations, a fee of 50% of booked session price will be applied.

In case of no catch during fishing, there will be no refund applied. If the weather turns bad unexpectedly that cuts the session shorter, partial refund would be provided.

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR

It is required that all customers behave in a safe and respectful manner to all staff, other customers and our property. If we find that there has been loss or damage to our equipment due to negligence or unruly behavior then the customer will be liable for replacement or repair of the item (funds will be taken from the credit card provided). Instructor reserves the right to cancel a session and payment forfeited if unruly or unsafe behavior is displayed. 

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

All details obtained from clients i.e. telephone numbers, email address and credit card numbers, are only used for the express purpose of the operations of BLAZE FISHING LLC. These details are never sold, distributed or released to any other parties. BLAZE FISHING LLC may publish any pictures or videos taken during the sessions for web or promotional purposes. Any person who has issue with this should discuss the matter with the instructor or the manager prior session start. 

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You consent to use of the Service is at your sole risk. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE shall BLAZE FISHING LLC, our owners, employees, contractors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.  Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BLAZE FISHING LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Shall any of these herein Terms and Conditions be determined as unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions. Any such determination shall in no manner affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

CONSENT

The failure, or error, on our behalf to exercise any right or stipulation of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or stipulation.

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement, consent, and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service.

Any confusion or misinterpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.
