2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, text, graphics, games, whatever, belongs to Blash8 Games. You can look at it, play it, enjoy it for personal, non-commercial use.

But you can't copy, modify, or share anything without my permission.

3. Use of the Website

This site is here for you to explore and enjoy, but that doesn't give you the right to reupload or redistribute any part of it.

4. Game Saves and Storage

Some games use local storage or password systems to save your progress. If you lose your data, that’s on you, I don't store anything myself and I'm not responsible for corrupted saves or deleted progress.

5. Platform info.

Windows

All games are unsigned. When you open one for the first time, you’ll get a SmartScreen warning. Just click "More info" -> "Run anyway" to bypass it.

macOS

I’m not paying Apple $100 per. year just to sign games. So you'll have to right-click -> "Open" ->  then "Open" again to get around the Gatekeeper warnings.

Linux

Support on Linux is experimental. Games are built as Electron apps, which means they might be large because of Chromium. To run them, use start.sh.

6. Limitation of Liability 

Everything on this site is provided "as is". I don't guarantee it's perfect, I don't promise it's always accurate, and I'm not liable if something breaks, crashes, or annoys you.

7. Third-Party Tools

Some games use third-party software or save data in your browser/device using local storage. I don't have access to that data, and I don't control what third-party tools do.

8. Changes

I might update these Terms and Conditions whenever I need to. If you keep using the site after that, it means you accept the changes. If you don't like them, you can stop visiting, no hard feelings.

9. External Links

Some pages or games might link to other Blash8 Games content. I do that to improve your experience. But I'm not responsible for the content or privacy stuff on those other pages.
