This Privacy Policy explains how Blanksy ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
The short version: Blanksy does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Everything you create stays on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or store:
Your name, email address, or any contact information
Your location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Analytics, usage data, or behavioral data
Any biometric or sensitive personal information
We have no servers that receive data from your use of the App.
All data created within Blanksy — including your drawings, drafts, and app preferences — is stored locally on your device only using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data:
Never leaves your device through our systems
Is not accessible to us or any third party through the App
Will be deleted if you uninstall the App
May be included in your iCloud backup if you have iCloud backup enabled (managed by Apple, not by us)
When you make a purchase within the App, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not process, receive, or store your payment information. Your purchase history is managed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID.

If the App uses RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements, RevenueCat may process a non-personal purchase token provided by Apple to verify your purchase. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com.
If you choose to export your drawings to your photo library, the App will request permission to access Photos (write-only). We use this permission solely to save your exported artwork. We do not read, access, or upload any of your existing photos.
Blanksy does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). Since the App collects no personal data at all, it is safe for users of all ages.

None of these components collect personally identifiable information through our App.
Since Blanksy does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data for us to secure on our end. Your drawings and app data are protected by your device's own security mechanisms (e.g., device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you wish to remove all App data, simply uninstall the App from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
