Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by a dedicated house leader who is not only a member of our program but also serves as your welcoming guide to facilitate a smooth transition into your new home. Their role is to ensure you feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported from the moment you step through the door. Whether you have questions about the neighborhood, need assistance navigating the amenities, or simply want to chat about your day, your house leader is there to offer guidance and support.
Additionally, our operations team is readily available to assist you with any logistical or administrative matters you may encounter during your stay. Whether it's coordinating maintenance requests, addressing concerns about utilities, or providing general assistance, our team is committed to ensuring your experience is hassle-free and enjoyable.

What is Included in My Program Fee?
Your monthly program fee includes:
All utilities included (electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, & garbage)
Fully furnished home including TV in common areas

What Should I Not Bring?
In shared living environments, it's crucial to consider space limitations, particularly regarding furniture and personal belongings. Our homes come fully furnished, eliminating the need for additional furnishings. While we aim to accommodate personal items, storage space is limited, and we may not be able to store all belongings. It's advisable to bring only essential personal items, minimizing clutter. For those choosing shared rooms, respecting your roommate's space is important. Be mindful of the space you utilize within the room, ensuring it doesn't encroach on your roommate's area.
Is a Sobriety Deposit Required?
A sober deposit is required when starting the program. It is returned to you when you finish the program, having remained sober, and your room is clean, free from damage, and ready for the next person to use.
Are Meals Included?
Meals are not included however, we have a full kitchen available for your use and your own refrigerator and freezer.
Are Pets Allowed?
Due to shared living space, we do not have room for your personal pets.
