Blank Slate Homes is a freestanding board and lodge housing. All clients must be enrolled in a substance use treatment program in order to receive funding to reside in our board and lodge housing. Blank Slate Homes has partnered with professionals and resources that are able to help guide you through your recovery journey. Our network offers compassionate guidance and understanding. Additionally, our support extends to individuals incorporating medical cannabis and methadone into their recovery strategies.

Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by a dedicated resident assistant who is not only a member of our program but also serves as your welcoming guide to facilitate a smooth transition into your new home. Their role is to ensure you feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported from the moment you step through the door. Whether you have questions about the neighborhood, need assistance navigating the amenities, or simply want to chat about your day, your resident assistant is there to offer guidance and support.
Additionally, our operations team is readily available to assist you with any logistical or administrative matters you may encounter during your stay. Whether it's coordinating maintenance requests, addressing concerns about utilities, or providing general assistance, our team is committed to ensuring your experience is hassle-free and enjoyable.

Your monthly program fee includes:
All utilities included (electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, & garbage)
Fully furnished home including TV in common areas
High Speed Internet
Live TV with options to stream
Cleaning Supplies
Bedding/Pillow
Onsite Free Laundry
Household Supplies such as pots & pans, silverware, and cooking appliances
Access to resources including recovery support, life skill & employment support, and other resources that align with what the resident needs. These are determined through intake and weekly review of client needs monthly.

In shared living environments, it's crucial to consider space limitations, particularly regarding furniture and personal belongings. Our homes come fully furnished, eliminating the need for additional furnishings. While we aim to accommodate personal items, storage space is limited, and we may not be able to store all belongings. It's advisable to bring only essential personal items, minimizing clutter.

We do offer resources for food shelves that are local and do assist with meals and food as needed. We have a full kitchen available for your use, which includes a refrigerator and freezer space for your food items.
