Comic Creator uses Google Gemini AI Services to process user-submitted content for the purpose of providing requested AI-generated content.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose Face Data to advertising networks, data brokers, information resellers, or other unrelated third parties.
Face Data is only transmitted to a third-party AI provider when necessary to provide the specific functionality requested by the user.
We do not intentionally maintain a separate database of facial images, facial templates, facial embeddings, or other biometric identifiers.
Images submitted for AI processing may be transmitted to and temporarily processed by our third-party AI service provider as necessary to provide the requested functionality. The handling, processing, and retention of information by that provider may also be governed by its applicable privacy policies and terms.
We retain user-submitted content only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We do not intentionally retain Face Data longer than necessary for the functionality for which it was submitted.
Where Face Data is processed by a third-party AI provider, its retention and deletion practices are subject to that provider's applicable policies and technical practices.
Users may delete locally stored images or generated projects through the app or by deleting the relevant content from their device, where applicable.

When an image containing a face is submitted to an AI-powered feature, the image may be transmitted to the applicable AI provider for processing.
We do not use the submitted images or Face Data for facial identification or authentication.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users.
You are responsible for the prompts, text, images, and other content you submit.
Please do not submit content that:
Violates laws
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains harmful or illegal material
Violates the rights of others
You should only submit images containing another person's face when you have the appropriate permission or legal right to use that image.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user information.
User-submitted content may be processed by third-party AI service providers when required to provide AI-powered functionality.
We do not intentionally maintain a separate biometric database containing users' Face Data.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store.
Payment information is processed directly by Apple and is not stored by Comic Creator.
Comic Creator is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
