12th May: Lower Moor/Clattinger: Reed Warbler, Cetti's Warbler, at least 8 singing Garden Warblers plus 4 more warbler species, 2 Reed Buntings, 2 Red Kites

11th May: Dance Common: Little Egret, Red Kite, Common Whitethroat 

10th May: Somerford Common: 4 Garden Warblers singing 

4th May: Lower Moor: Cuckoo, Hobby insecting, 2 Red Kites, 2 Garden Warblers, Cetti's Warbler , lots of Downy Emeralds

2nd May - Hallsfield Meadow - Westmill: 4 Little Egrets, Sedge Warbler, 2 Lesser Whitethroats, Common Whitethroat, Reed Bunting

 20th April: Cricklade Hailstone area:  2 Great White Egrets, 4 Little Egrets, Red Crested Pochard, 5 Gadwall, Shelduck, 4 Lesser Whitethroats, 3 Cetti's Warblers, pair Grey Wagtails, Red Kite 

17th April: Hallsfield Meadow: Common & Lesser Whitethroats singing, 3 Little Egrets, c6 Swallows 

15th April: North Meadow: Great White & Little Egret, 6 Swallows, Sparrowhawk - and Fritillaries are out (of the water!) 

12th April: Somerford Common: Marsh Tit singing, Red Kite 

10th April: North Meadow: 12 Little Egrets

8th April: Hallsfield/North Meadow: Great White Egret, 3 Little Egrets, Cetti's & Willow Warbler, pair Blackcaps, also Small Tortoiseshell 

7th April: Cricklade: 2 Swallows

6th April: Somerford Common: at least 8 Willow Warblers singing, 2-3 Blackcaps etc.

4th April: Cricklade: Slow Worm by front door

2nd April: Steart Marshes: Pair Little Ringed Plover, Peregrine, many Avocets, Willow Warbler, many Redshanks, c5 Curlews, Cetti's Warblers etc.

27th Mar.: Clattinger/Lower Moor: 2 Red-crested Pochards, 2 Blackcaps, Cetti's Warbler, Otter

Cricklade North/Hallsfield Meadow: 5 Little Egrets, 2 Meadow Pipits, Cetti's Warbler

24th Mar: Stanton Park: 3 Singing Blackcaps, Red Kite 

23rd Mar.:  Twitcher's Gate: 2pm: Bittern booming, Willow Warbler singing at point blank range, 2 Goldeneye, 4 Gadwall, 6 Shoveler

22nd Mar: Little Somerford: Little Egret on the Avon, c6 Siskins in Angrove Wood

17th Mar: Stanton Park:  Little Grebe, Raven, c6 singing Chiffchaffs, 2-3 Siskins, Green & GS Woodpeckers 

15th Mar: Jubilee Lake RWB: 1+ Ring-necked Parakeet, 2 Red Kites, 2 Chiffchaffs, Blackcap 

14th Mar: Cricklade Primary School: Blackcap singing

11th Mar: Thames Floods E. of Cricklade: Great White Egret, 2 Little Egrets, pair of Grey Wagtails around the A419 bridge, 3 singing Chiffchaffs 

7th Mar: Slugsham Farm: 15 - possibly more - Little Egrets 

2nd Mar: Cricklade: 2 male Blackcaps at primary school

23rd Feb: Ogbournes: 250 Lapwings  Burbage: Chiffchaff, c10 Fieldfares, c2 Redwings, c5 Yellowhammers

16th Feb.: Oaksey: Yellowhammer, Marsh Tit, 2-3 Fieldfares, 2-3 Redwings 

Ashton Keynes, Three Bridges: 2 Shelduck on flooded field

12th Feb: Tadpole Nature Park: Red Kite, 2 Stonechats, 2 Meadow Pipits, singing Skylarks, c35 Goldfinches, 3 Reed Buntings 

10th Feb: North Meadow: 7 Little Egrets 

5th Feb: CWP:Pit 30: 3 Goosanders  Pit 29: 2 Wigeon, c60 Lapwings flying S. Pit 28a: c200 Redwings

Also probable Goshawk over pit 28a / copse south of 28a, but only seen fleetingly twice. Caused plenty of disturbance.

29th Jan: North Meadow: 12 Little Egrets 

Shorncote (Glos.) Female Marsh Harrier, pair Gadwall, Water Rail, Snipe, 2+ Cetti's Warblers, male Stonechat, 8+ Chiffchaffs, Grey Wagtail 

28th Jan: North Meadow:  Female Stonechat, singing Chiffchaff 

27th Jan: Cricklade: Male Blackcap on mahonia

20th Jan: Coate Water: c15 Gadwall, c6 Wigeon, c10 Teal, 3 Goosander, Water Rail, Little Grebe, Common Gull, 2 Great White Egrets, Little Egret, 2 Red Kite, 2 Ring-necked Parakeets (a Wilts tick for me), Goldcrest, Siskin. 

19th Jan: Morningside Farm WWT Reserve 4+ Snipe, Grey Wagtail, Red Kite, c30 each of Redwing and Fieldfare, Sparrowhawk

13th Jan: Hallsfield Meadow : 16 Meadow Pipits

North Meadow : 100+ Lapwings, Little Egret, Chiffchaff

6th January:  Devizes Caen Hill locks & ponds: 5 Goosander (3 drakes, 2 ducks)

Kennet & Avon Canal Devizes: Kingfisher, Grey Wagtail
