OVERVIEW
Junkyard Inc does not collect, sell, rent, transmit, or share personal information. The app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, tracking technologies, or third-party data-collection services.
GAME DATA
Gameplay progress, settings, in-game cash, JCoin, vehicles, equipment, and team progress are stored locally on the user's device. Junkyard Inc does not create user accounts or sync gameplay progress through a developer-operated server. Removing the app may permanently remove locally saved progress.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Junkyard Inc offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store payment-card information or Apple Account credentials. The app receives transaction information needed to verify a purchase and deliver its in-game content.
The permanent Yard Boss team-member unlock can be restored through Restore Purchases when the user uses the same Apple Account. Consumable cash and JCoin packs cannot be restored after use.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data remains on the device until the user resets the game or removes the app. The developer does not operate an account database for Junkyard Inc, so there is no developer-held gameplay account to delete.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Junkyard Inc does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
POLICY CHANGES
This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date will be revised when an update is made.
