The Blair Art Alley & Pocket Park will transform a downtown space into a vibrant destination.
Our plans include large-scale murals, inviting landscaping, overhead lighting, and a custom bike rack. This community gathering point will celebrate Blair's character and draw residents and visitors to experience the charm of our historic downtown and thriving local businesses. This project builds on Blair's growing public art scene, further establishing the city as a regional arts and culture destination.
